Library

The Library provides a large, attractive study environment for up to 90 students at one time. The book collection totals over 19,000 volumes. Periodicals, newspapers, audio and video cassettes, DVDs and CDs are available, as well as photocopying facilities.

The Library computer suite provides access to the school network and the Internet. There is an extensive Careers section. Regular author visits, book fairs, competitions, displays, exhibitions and reading groups are organised.

All Year 7 students receive library skills training and some curriculum lessons also take place in the Library.
