Changes To Our Cashless Catering System - May 2012

As you may know, at Burntwood we are improving and modernising our arrangements for payments to the school. We will be using two providers, ParentPay and Cunninghams. Their systems provide a simple and effective way of ensuring that payments made by families for lunches, trips, uniform and other occasional expenses are straightforward and secure.

Cunninghams will be providing a cashless catering system; this means students will no longer need to use a swipe card to pay for lunches and snacks. This cashless catering system is a biometric system similar to that which we have been using for a number of years for 6th Form registration. ParentPay is the system that allows online payments to be made: further information on this and details of how to register with them will be sent to you soon, including a unique number that you need to register with the system.
