Application Form

New applicants to the Sixth Form will be invited into school on Open Days and on Sixth Form induction day. Applications for places in the Sixth Form in September 2012 should be made directly to the school. Application forms can be obtained from the school office or by clicking on the link below. Completed forms must be returned by January 31st 2012.

The most important advice is to apply early and don’t leave your application until after your GCSE results. If you encounter any problems applying please contact the school who will offer you advice on the application process.
