UCL Visit - 18th November 2011
On Thursday 17th November, Year 13 students completing an Extended Project enjoyed a trip with Business teacher, Mr Whapham, to University College London.
The students met with Dr Angelini, UCL’s Transition Manager, who shared with them tips and ideas on how to excel in their projects. They also had a tour of the university campus guided by a current fourth year undergraduate. This included seeing the embalmed ‘Auto-icon’ of nineteenth century philosopher and social reformer, Jeremy Bentham. Students gained invaluable information to use in their projects and may even apply to UCL!
