WELCOME TO BURNTWOOD . . . I hope you enjoy visiting our school through this website and that it gives you an accurate sense of our school community and its many achievements. I believe that our students deserve the best and at Burntwood we understand the importance of a collaborative approach between staff, students and parents working together to support the girls in reaching their full potential. Burntwood School for Girls is recognised by OfSTED as an outstanding school. We are a Science Specialist School and have the coveted 'Sportsmark' and 'Artsmark Gold' awards. Examination results continue to be excellent at both Key Stage 3 and 4. Of course, our 6th Form results too are well above National Averages. Burntwood School
students benefit from being educated by a dedicated team of professionals.
Staff and students work together in pleasant surroundings with
very good facilities. This combination ensures that we continue
to deliver on our mission statement providing: Please do come to see our school for yourself, or call me if you have any further queries. |
