Open Morning: Visiting Burntwood - Year 7 Intake for September 2027

Visit Burntwood School on a normal working day to see if Burntwood life is the right choice for your daughter.

We are delighted to welcome carers and prospective students to our upcoming open morning on Thursday 2 July 2026.

Arriving for a 9.15am start, the event consists of a student guided tour of the school, where you will have the opportunity to view our facilities and experience Burntwood on a normal working school day. After which visitors are invited to a series of presentations from our Principal, Helen Shorrock and current students.

This date is particularly useful for parents / carers who wish to view Burntwood prior to registering their child for the Wandsworth Year 6 test in Autumn 2026.

This event is designed for Year 7 entry in September 2027, although we welcome visitors from parents of Year 5 and 4 students.

Please note, visitors are required to pre-register their space on this event

We advise all visitors to arrive promptly if they wish to tour the school in its entirety, a complete tour of the school will take between 45 minutes to an hour. The last tour will leave at 9.45am and will be a condensed highlight tour.
