Prospective Year 7 Open Event Season 2025 – Now Closed

Thank you to all the families who attended our 2025 Open Events. It was a pleasure to welcome so many prospective students and parents to Burntwood School. The open season for prospective Year 7 students is now over, please see below for information on future tours.

Families with children currently in Year 4 or 5:
Please check back on our website in the summer term. Details of our July 2026 Open Morning will be published here.

Families with children currently in Year 6:
Although our main events have now finished, we understand the importance of viewing prospective schools prior to the 31 October application deadline. If you would like to request a short tour, please contact us at info@burntwoodschool.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sixth Form Open Evening - September 2026 Intake

We warmly invite prospective students and their families to experience the vibrant community of Burntwood Sixth Form during our upcoming open event . The evening provides a unique opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art facilities, engage with our dedicated staff, and gain insight into the benefits of a supportive and ambitious education.

The evening will commence with a student-guided tour, followed by a series of presentations from our Head of Sixth Form and other members of the Burntwood Community, all of which are designed to give you an exciting taste of life at Burntwood Sixth Form.

Aimed at current Year 11 students, by the end of the evening we hope to provide visitors with all the information required to make informed decisions about subject choices, as well as a clear understanding of the admissions process.

We ask that all prospective students are accompanied by a parent/guardian during this evening.

We advise all visitors to arrive promptly if they wish to tour the school in its entirety, a complete tour of the school will take between 45 minutes to an hour. The last tour will leave at 6.45am and will be a condensed highlight tour.
