Professional Development Opportunities

At Burntwood School we support staff, where appropriate, in studying NPQ qualifications. The NPQs are delivered by the Wandle Teaching School Hub (WTSH) in partnership with UCL. The WTSH offer the following NPQs:

  • NPQ Senior Leadership 

  • NPQ Leading Teaching 

  • NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture 

  • NPQ Leading Teacher development -

  • NPQ Leading Literacy

  • NPQ Senco 

 

We are also an SSAT Leading Edge School. This means that our staff have access a variety leadership programmes such as the Leadership Legacy Project and the Middle Leaders Programme.
